I understand that the timing of litters is uncontrolled, and Vino and Vespa Doodles cannot guarantee a successful pregnancy. In the event, that a planned litter is unsuccessful, I can be transferred to the next available waitlist, and that I can transfer my $500.00 deposit to another litter only two times.

I understand that once my $500.00 deposit is placed, it is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferrable only two times. My deposit is NOT transferrable to another family or persons, ONLY to another litter. My deposit will come off total purchase price.

It is understood that the final balance (not including the $500.00 reservation fee) will be separated into two payments with the first half due when puppy turns 3 weeks old and the last half due when puppy turns 6 weeks old.

I understand that families choose their puppies in the order of the waitlist, and can choose from any of the puppies available to them when it is their turn to reserve.

I understand that I may or may not meet my puppy in person prior to go home date. I understand that Vino and Vespa Doodles reserves the right to allow visitors for the safety and health of their puppies and that visitations are determined by each litter.

I understand that my puppy will be sent home on a STRICT SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT (unless breeding rights are purchased, breeding rights are only sold if we have approved your program and program goals)

I understand that under the circumstances I am unable to keep my puppy, I will not sell, give away or re-home. Per contract, puppy will be returned to Vino and Vespa Doodles unless discussed otherwise.

Although, puppies are all seen and given a clean bill of health prior to leaving our home per a licensed DVM, ear infections, UTI's, allergy issues and parasites are all common issues. The stress of leaving the breeder, mama and litter mates can cause these sudden flare ups. Per our health guarantee, it is required you see a licensed DVM within 72 hours of your puppy leaving our home.

It is understood that if the puppy does not pass health standards, passes away before go home day, or less puppies are born than needed to accomodate my pick spot this fee will be transferred to another litter of the same specifications, with the ability to transfer two more times thereafter, if needed.

It is understood that puppies are thoughtfully matched and chosen only after temperament testing is completed. If a client is not able to be reached about match day after multiple attempts, they will forfeit their reservation.

It is understood that Vino and Vespa Doodles reserves the right to use anny puppy selections in any form or fashion without restriction. This means we may choose to keep selections back for our program or other purposes. We also reserve the right to replace a client that chooses to remove themselves from the list with our own selection. We may also use our breeder reserve spots in whatever way we see fit.

I understand that I must pick up my puppy, pay for a flight nanny, or discuss further options with Vino and Vespa Doodles to have them deliver my puppy to me. I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with picking up the puppy on go home day
I understand and agree to these terms
I understand that I must pick up my puppy on go home day or forfeit my reservation if no prior arrangement is made with Vino and Vespa Doodles to keep the puppy longer. Arrangements to keep puppy past go home day will be charged $50.00 per day for a maximum of one week. If they are not picked up within a week of go home day, then they will need to be enrolled in Vino and Vespa Doodles extended puppy training for $1000.00 per week
