Once we receive your booking form, we will send you confirmation of your booking as soon as possible. Please note that booking confirmations are processed in the order in which we receive them.

For NSW customers wishing to book our Wildlife on Wheels program, conditions apply including the addition of a $65.00 permit (NSW DPI) to take specified species across the border.

- Prices are for weekdays only, conditions apply for weekends and public holiday bookings.
- Please note, CWS members and National Trust member passes are not valid for education bookings.
- Prices are valid until 31st December 2025.
- Payment must be finalised prior to arrival for those customers without credit. Upon arrival, you will be asked for the final number of students present. A refind will be processed for the difference.
- Please be aware that due to animal movement restrictions, NSW centres are restricted to reptile and invertebrate animals only. NSW requires an import/export permit fee of $65, as detailed in the pricing matrix above.

BOOKING ALTERATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Alteration Fee - If any alterations are made to the booking date, other than for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather) or numbers, a $10 booking alteration fee will be charged.

Cancellation Fee - Bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours of booking date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price. This is to cover wages of educators rostered, resources being compiled and venues at the Sanctuary being booked. The full booking price will be charged for groups who fail to attend on the day with no prior notice.
