First Friday Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a First Friday vendor! Applications must be submitted between the 1st and 10th of the month preceding First Friday (e.g.: to participate in the March First Friday, submit your application by February 10.) Accepted applicants are at the discretion of Historic Manassas, Inc. Please review the vendor guidelines on our website before submitting your application.

- July 10 (2nd Friday)

- October 9 (2nd Friday) – Pumpkin Palooza
- November 6 – Thanks for Giving
Please note: There will be TWO second fridays this year. July 10 and October 9th.

Applications must be submitted by the 10th of each month for the following month’s event. Vendors can apply for multiple months at a time, but applications will be reviewed and considered on a monthly basis, depending on the themes and needs of each event. All vendors will be billed on a monthly basis ($100 per 10x10 booth space). If registering month-to-month, a new application must be submitted each month by the 10th.

Food vendor participation is very limited to ensure minimal competition with existing downtown businesses. At this time, a maximum of two food vendors (including food trucks) may be accepted per First Friday. Applying does not guarantee approval.

By signing this agreement, the applicant and all agents, volunteers, employees of business agrees to abide by the guidelines and decisions of Historic Manassas, Inc., their employees or other representatives of the Historic Manassas First Friday. (Please read and check all boxes to acknowledge your agreement):*

I understand that First Friday takes place rain or shine. Refunds are not issued for cancellations or inclement weather.I will notify the First Friday coordinator immediately if I am not able to participate in a scheduled First Friday.I understand that I must provide my own equipment (e.g., tents, tables, chairs, displays).I understand that if I use a tent, 30lb-weights per tent leg are mandatory—no exceptions.I will be set up and ready to go by 6 p.m. on the day of the event.I will have all vehicles moved out of road closed areas by 5:30 pmI will be present at my booth during published First Friday hours (6-9pm)I will leave the space as I found it and remove all my items and trash from my area at the close of event.I will not tear down early (before 9pm) unless previously discussed with First Friday coordinatorsI will not drive any vehicles into event area before 11pm and will walk my items out at 9pm.

By registering for and participating in First Friday, I assume full risk and responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during this event, and I release and hold harmless Historic Manassas First Friday coordinators, volunteers, or contractors; Historic Manassas, Inc. (HMI); Board Members; The City of Manassas; and First Friday sponsors from any claims arising out of my participation in this event.
