3. Unsuccessful Payments
3.1 Should an instalment fail to process due to insufficient funds or updated bank details, a Dishonour Fee will be applied for each failure.
3.1 A re-attempt to debit the payment will occur within three business days.
3.3 If payments fail three times, causing the Direct Debit to pause, an additional $10 set-up fee will be charged.

3.5 Please contact us via email for the following matters:
(a) Changes to the payment frequency or day;
(b) Updates to bank account or credit card details;
(c) Modifications to the student's enrollment.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Written notice via email is required for un-enrollment; otherwise, the request will not be processed. Fees will be payable for the subsequent two weeks.
4.2 If un-enrollment is due to an injury, a Medical Certificate must be provided. Fees will cease upon receipt of the certificate.
4.3 There will be no new enrollments, cancellations, or changes to existing enrollments between August 17th and October 19th due to the Concert preparation.
5. Try Out Policy
