  • Deeper Mindfulness: Frame by Frame

    ONLINE: Tuesdays, 3-5pm. Eight-week course dates: 13, 20 May, 3, 10, 17, 24 June, 1 & 8 July 2025 (no session 27 May). This course costs £250 to attend. Your place will be confirmed once your application has been approved and payment has been received. Teachers: Bridgette O'Neill and Taravajra
