Please list all current certifications (First Aid, CPR, EMT, WSI, lifeguard, archery, ropes, canoeing, etc.).

All staff are expected to step in where needed and always be a positive influence for our campers. The primary responsibility of all staff is to be focused on the girls. Working at camp can be an extremely rewarding job. Many staff members return year after year to create special memories and make lasting impressions.

We feel that it is our obligation to share the following information with you during the application process so you can make an informed decision about working for our camp programs.

I certify that all information I have provided in order to apply for and secure work with Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge, and are made in good faith and voluntarily. I understand that any false statements, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, by me may disqualify me for employment or will be sufficient grounds for termination whenever it is discovered. Moreover, I understand that failure to complete this form will preclude me from opportunities with the Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming.

I authorize Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming and its agents, without reservation, to contact and obtain information from all references, employers, public agencies, licensing authorities, and educational institutions and to otherwise verify the accuracy of all information regarding me in this application, resume or job interview. I hereby waive any and all rights and claims I may have regarding Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming or its agents for seeking, gathering and using such information in the employment process and all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information about me.

The novel coronavirus, Covid- 19, is a contagious virus that spreads easily through person to person contact. Participants in GSMW’s programs could increase the risk of contracting Covid-19. GSMW has put in place preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of spreading COVID-19 at Residential Camp. However, GSMW cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19.  I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily agree to the participation terms to include any program changes, additional cleaning, and other preventative measures.  Any employees, if you qualify in your governing body’s vaccination program, should be vaccinated prior to arrival.
