Specific Notes About Dynamic EMDR & Traditional EMDR:
- Dynamic EMDR is not covered by insurance, and is self-pay only. Our scheduling department will provide you with the current rates.
- Dynamic EMDR uses generative AI for generic situations, such as car accidents, war scenes, phobias, etc. Specific traumas, such as death of a loved one, sexual abuse, and other personal or explicit traumas must be performed with traditional EMDR.
- EMDR treatment times vary with each client, however, it's typically 6-12 sessions for single incident traumas, and 20 or more for complex or multiple traumas.
- EMDR must be performed in-office.
- EMDR is a highly specialized treatment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice from your scheduled appointment will be charged a $60 cancellation fee.
