  • What Is This Test and What Does It Measure?

  • Thank you for taking the MLM Parent Mental Fitness Test!

Supporting your child as they navigate youth sports can be one of the most rewarding and challenging roles.

This assessment is designed to help parents of young athletes evaluate their mental fitness while supporting their children in sports. It will highlight areas of strength and opportunities for growth, providing a foundation for improvement and guidance based on Major League Parent principles.

It was designed to help you reflect on how you manage stress, communicate with your child, and create an environment that fosters their confidence and love for the game.

Your results highlight areas where you’re already thriving as a supportive sports parent and opportunities to grow even stronger. At the end of the day, parenting in youth sports is about more than cheering from the sidelines—it’s about being a steady, encouraging influence that helps your child develop both on and off the field.

Together, we’ll help your child succeed and enjoy every moment of their journey.
