    Rules

    1. There will be two classes: Kindergarten and First Grade.

    2. Contestants must be residents of the Garaway Local School District.

    3. Big Wheelers will be furnished by the Festival.

    4. Parents of minor participant must sign this form.

    5. The judges’ decision will be final.

    6. Starting date and time may be changed if there are a large number of entrants

    7. Registration begins at 5 p.m. in front of Huntington Bank. You should register in person by 6 p.m. and have a number to participate in the race.

    8. Applications should be to be turned into the building principals, Alpine Hills Museum or mail to: Ohio Swiss Festival, PO Box 361, Sugarcreek, Ohio 44681, by September 26, 2026.

    Prizes for each Class: 1st - $15.00 plus medal: 2nd - $10.00 plus medal: 3rd - $5.00 plus medal

  • The child of the undersigned wishes to participate in the Ohio Swiss Festival Kiddie Parade. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has been notified by the Ohio Swiss Festival Association that they should be insured against all risks involved with participation in said parade. The undersigned also acknowledges that he/she assumes all risks involved in connection with their participation in said parade. The undersigned agrees to waive any and all claims or rights of action they may have against the Ohio Swiss Festival Association, or their members for damages incurred as a result of their involvement in said parade.
