    CONFIRMATION + DEPOSIT:

    A 25% deposit is required in order to process your order. As soon as you submit this form, you will be redirected to our Thank you page with a payment link. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submission.

    There is a 72 hour hold on your order from the date of your inquiry. After this, your deposit automatically becomes Non-Refundable. I will contact you before starting your piece to confirm details. Once your commission is officially started no changes can be made and your order becomes Non-Cancellable.

     

    PAYMENT, TAX + SHIPPING:

    Your Deposit is NOT the total cost of your artwork.

    There will be a 7.5% tax added to your order. Shipping is calculated based upon the address given in your inquiry form. Please allow atleast 2 weeks for your package to arrive. Expedited shipping is available on request and will be subject to additional cost.

    You will recieve an invoice once your artwork is started via email containing your order details, deposit amount paid, tax/shipping breakdown and balance that will due upon completion along with a direct payment link via square. You will have 7 days after completion to pay the balance. After this there is a $5/ per day late/storage fee. Artworks will NOT be shipped out until bill is paid in full.

     

    TURNAROUND TIMES:

    I always do my very best to complete all artworks in a timely manner but please keep in mind all my work is 100% handmade. With that being said, turnaround times may vary depending on a number of factors such as medium, size, number of subjects, complexity and my client queue. Please allow atleast 4-6 weeks for completion. You will receive an estimated time frame with your invoice when your artwork is started. If there are any completion delays beyond 6 weeks, you will be contacted via your chosen contact method ASAP with an updated completion time. Thank you for your understanding!
