Columbia Virtual Academy

Your completion of this form does not ensure enrollment. Your student must maintain attendance at their zoned school until you have received confirmation of enrollment from someone at CVA in mid-April.

If you are registering more than one student, you will need to complete a submission for each student.

CVA will receive a notification when the form is submitted. Notification to families of enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will begin in mid-April.

Note: Enrollment for Spring 2025 will close December 17th, 2024. If requesting to start in January 2025, you will receive notification of enrollment before December 20th.
