Please join us for our quarterly Photography Events!
These events will allow for an up-close, intimate photo op with 3 of our birds of prey in natural settings, all while allowing you to engage with our keepers 1-on-1!
Along with the up-close encounter, guests will be able to enjoy the sanctuary for the rest of the day. Your ticket includes the photography session, full access to our trails and treehouse, and admission to our bird display area and aviary.
PLEASE NOTE: This event is limited to 25 individuals to allow our guests to have a more intimate experience. While this program is geared toward adults, children are welcome.
Each person attending, no matter the age, must be registered.
These events will have very exciting opportunities!
We want to recognize our amazing participants by giving you the opportunity to potentially have your work published in places such as our newsletters, and social media!
Participants will be able to submit up to 5 photographs per session that they attend. The photos are to be emailed to exec.director@ohiobirdsanctuary.com.
In order to be considered, photos must be submitted within 2 weeks after the session that the photos were taken at.
We will also have a Photo of the Year, which will be chosen after the last session and displayed in our Visitor's Center for a calendar year!!
Which birds will be present?
While we cannot guarantee certain birds to be out during certain sessions, it should be known that we will do our best to have at least one nocturnal hunter and one day hunter out.
Our birds will be rotating throughout the year, trying to ensure as much variation as possible!
