CELA 2025 Sponsorship Form

The completed order form, payment, and logo must be submitted by January 31, 2025, to be included in the program and other printed materials.

All selections are first come, first served, so act quickly to secure your preferred sponsorships. Multiple items can be selected to achieve your desired level. Availability is first-come, first-served. Choose from various items listed on the next page for the 2025 conference AND annual sponsorship to maximize your
investment. Your total combined contribution determines your sponsorship
level and associated benefits.
