Start Time: 11am

Weigh Ins: NO ON THE DAY WEIGH IN, this is an internationally sanctioned competition. 24 hour weigh in 11am to 12 noon and 5pm to 6pm.

Weigh in location: 349 Barbell, Technology house, High Post industrial estate, Salisbury SP4 6AT. This is a 1 minute walk from the venue.

Sanction: This is sanctioned by the British Powerlifting Union (WPC UK) and the international sanction by the World Powerlifting Congress for national and international entries.

Rules: This is run under WPC rules.

Record attempts: All those with either a A/BPU or international affiliate WPC membership will be able to take British and World records.

Eligability: RAW Open and Bomb Squad Open bench flights, are open to all lifters. For the Professional Invitational RAW and Equipped flights, there is a qualifying criteria listed below.

Classes: Each category will close when the entries are filled. You are NOT entered until payment is made.

2 flights of RAW Open bench only lifters - all age and weigh classes for those who do not reach the Professional quaifying criteria. All lifters will receive a bench anarchy medal and best lifters awards will be given by glossbrenner points.
