This campaign aims to unite people to support those who face systemic challenges in the rental market and the nonprofits that serve them.

These bonds are a unique opportunity to invest in a community-driven solution to build a more inclusive and equitable city for everyone, while earning a financial return of up to 5%.
What is a Community Bond?

Community Bonds let people and businesses invest in projects that make a positive impact in their community while also earning a return. These are easy, interest-bearing loans that only nonprofits or charities can issue. In short, Community Bonds turn supporters into investors!
This survey will help us determine community interest in our campaign and ensure our investment terms are inclusive and attractive to our supporters.
