2025 Training Weekend Monaro Registration Form 14th-16th March 2025

Training Weekend Monaro is open to applicants aged 18-30 years, as of 1st January 2025. By signing this form, you acknowledge that there are limited positions for the Training Weekend and all spots are filled on a first-in, best dressed basis, after which applicants will be added to a waiting list. Once your form is submitted, a member of the PWS will be in touch with an invoice for the cover charge ($50) to secure your position. Your position is not confirmed until this payment is received by the PWS. If payment is not received by the due date, your position may be offered to a waitlisted applicant. By signing this form you agree to inform the PWS Executive Officer, Sarah Weir (peterwestbladescholarship@gmail.com) prior to Friday 28th February 2025 if you can no longer attend. Cancellation within this period will result in a full refund of the cover charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 28th February 2025. Please note, the cover charge is allocated to catering for each individual for the event. If sufficient sponsorship is raised by PWS and MFS to cover such costs, you may be eligible for a refund of this amount after the weekend. By signing this form, you consent to having your photograph published in print and social media for promotional purposes and to have your email address added to the PWS and MFS mailing list. Training Weekend Monaro is held on a private, commercial property. As an attendee you agree to abide by the rules set out by the property manager and outlined by the Peter Westblade Scholarship and Monaro Farming Systems. By signing this form, you acknowledge you will be sharing a room with another attendee.
