The fees for participating in the THE Market by Wholly Handmade is as follows:
Entry Fee for 2 Days (must choose consecutive days) July 17 & 18, 2025, July 19 & 20, 2025, July 24 & 25, 2025, or July 26 & 27, 2025: $550 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 3 Days: July 21, July 22 & July 23, 2025 $650 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 4 Days: July 17, July 18, July 19 & July 20, 2025 or July 24, July 25, July 26 & July 27, 2025: $1000 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 5 Days: July 17, July 18, July 19, July 20 & July 21, 2025 $1250 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 6 Days: July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25, July 26 & July 27, 2025 $1500 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for all 11 Days: July 17, July 18, July 19, July 20, July 21, July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25, July 26, & July 27, 2025 $2400 Incl. GST
*Single day entry fee: $225 Incl. GST per day week days (Monday-Thursday) and $275 Incl. GST per day on the weekend (Friday-Sunday). Single days will only be offered, if needed to fill all spaces.
All spots are 10 x 10 and include power - no "double booths" will be sold. Tables and chairs are NOT provided. Tent space will be provided.
50% of market fee is due by March 1st, 2025 and remaining 50% of market fee is due by May 15th, 2025. No refunds will be provided after June 1st, 2025. Other arrangements may be made by exception basis.
Hours of the market are Sunday to Thursday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Types of vendors that are not permitted:
Alcohol, consumables that conflict with product offerings of the Taste of Edmonton restaurant partners ( eg. perogies, ice cream, desserts, etc.), items displaying homophobia, racist slurs, islamophobia etc., vintage or used items, direct sales or MLM companies (eg. Epicure, Tupperware, Mary Kay etc.), manufactured or imported items, products sexually explicit in nature.
**Vendors will be required to provide 2 million dollars liability insurance naming Kingsley Events and Events Edmonton on the policy**
**Kingsley Events and Events Edmonton and any other partners will not be responsible for any damage or theft of products. Any products left overnight are done so at your own risk. It is recommended any products be stored in weatherproof bins and tents be zip-tied in addition to using the tent clips.**
**Set up will begin at 9:00 AM each morning and vehicles will be allowed in the market area until 10:30 AM. Parking is not included in vendor fees.**
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 44-59 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund.
Please note if the event is cancelled due to a situation beyond the organizers control, including global pandemic, unfit venue, or inclement weather, refunds will not be provided unless feasible to do so.
