Welcome to the Encanto Palmcroft Historic Home Tour and Street Fair 2025!

Home Tour Day is a great day to enjoy our spring weather and experience how other people live -- specifically those in one of the most talked about historic neighborhoods in Arizona.

PreSale Tickets are Available NOW through January 31, 2025 for $25, each. Prices increase to $30, each, on February 1, 2025.

PreSale tickets will be available for pick up the morning of March 16 at 9:30 am at the Special PreSale Ticket booth under the Balloon Arch at Monte Vista and 12th Avenue. Just bring your QR code from your confirmation email with you (printed or on your phone).

Your day will include a street fair, food vendors and a beer garden. Ride on an old-fashioned trolley as you listen to a tour guide give you a fascinating commentary on the history of the neighborhood.

A Home Tour Booklet provides information about each specific house, its history, famous people who may have lived in it, interesting architectural features, and more.

Parking is at Encanto Park or in the neighborhood.

Ticket Information (The Legal Stuff)*

Encanto Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association (EPHPA) accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Order Confirmation:  Following your purchase of ticket(s) through EPHPA, you will be sent a payment confirmation including your ticket entry QR code via the email you have submitted.  (Be sure you are entering an email you have access to and that it is accurate.) &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm by contacting EPHPA email at EncantoPalmcroftNeighborhood@gmail.com.  Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assumed that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Ticket Delivery: A payment confirmation email will be sent after paying for your tickets online and serves as your tour confirmation containing a Ticket QR Code.  This places you on the Guest List for your tour.  You MUST print this payment confirmation email showing the QR code or have a device available to show the QR Code at the PrePay Ticket Pick Up Booth the day of the Tour. No physical paper tickets are provided for your tour.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Use of Ticket(s): Unauthorized duplication or sale of your ticket QR Code and/or Email may prevent your admittance to the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Keep your email with the paid, payment confirmation and/or your printed copy in a safe place as you would cash or regular hard tickets. EPHPA is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication or loss of proof of payment.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All tickets are subject to the terms printed below..&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The paid, payment confirmation cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid only for the tour for which it is issued. This paid, payment confirmation is not redeemable for cash.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;This paid, payment confirmation is a revocable license. The unlawful resale or attempted resale of these tour ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Holder grants permission to the organization sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all languages, and in all media now known or hereafter devised.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;WARNING: HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING ENTITIES IN THE EVENT, THE OPERATOR, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Latecomers will be accommodated at the discretion of Management.

The Home Tour Tickets you are purchasing are nonrefundable after February 28, 2025. You must request your refund request via email prior to March 1, 2025.
