Thank you for choosing Love Spell Studio for your PMU needs. Please read through this form carefully to understand my process and the information needed for pre-screening before booking your appointment.

If you are a suitable candidate, I will send a follow-up email with booking forms, a scheduling link, and answers to any questions you may have. I do my best to respond within 24 hours. Please make sure to look out for my email and check your spam folder just in case!

Initial sessions for permanent makeup services typically take 2 to 3 hours, with minimal discomfort. Results typically last 1-2 years, with touch ups recommended for color enhancement or maintenance.

Please attach a clear, full face, unfiltered photo in natural lighting with no makeup on. I will need these photos to evaluate your skin and hair textures, as well as any current skin conditions, the structure of your brows, structure of your lips, eyes, face, ect.

Pre screening photos are required to help me determine if you are a good candidate for permanent makeup.
