    This transformative programme supports families in Inverclyde, enabling them to build upon their skills, strengths, and capabilities, enhance their resilience, and take greater control of their finances, well-being, and future lives.

    Who do we work with?

    - Lone parents
    - Minority ethnic families
    - Families with a disabled adult or child
    - Families with younger mothers (under 25)
    - Families with a child under one
    - Larger families (three or more children)
    - Families who are unemployed or underemployed

    What the programme offers:

    - LifeSkills Cookschools: Cooking sessions with budgeting and financial tips.
    - Workshops: Stress management, resilience building, personal finance, and employability.
    - Solution-Focused Coaching: Strength-based support to set and achieve goals.
    - Peer Support Groups: Safe spaces for connection and shared learning.
    - Parent & Child Cookschools: Fun bonding activities during school holidays.
