1. 10th Class Certificate (10वीं कक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र)
2. 12th Class Certificate (12वीं कक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र)
3. Degree Certificate (For those applying for BD 4 years) डिग्री सर्टिफिकेट (BD 4 साल के लिए आवेदन करने वाले)
4. Transfer/Migration Certificate (स्थानांतरण (TC) / प्रवासन प्रमाण पत्र)
5. Aadhaar Card (आधार कार्ड)
6. Personal Testimony of Christian Experience (hand written on A4 sheets) (मसीही अनुभव की व्यक्तिगत गवाही (A4 शीट पर हस्तलिखित)
3. Photograph uploaded should be clear against a white background (Selfies not allowed) (अपलोड की गई तस्वीर सफेद पृष्ठभूमि पर स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए (सेल्फ़ी की अनुमति नहीं है)

4. Kindly pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) towards the cost of processing of application.
