Cat Neuter Clinic Registration
Fill out the following application to participate in our low-cost neuter clinic at Mt. Stuart Animal Hospital, 807 E. 8th Ave., Ellensburg, WA on Saturday, July 19 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please only ONE CAT per form. If you have multiple cats, you will have to fill out multiple forms - one for each cat. Cost of the clinic is $25 per cat due at the time of the appointment (cash only please).

Important!
This clinic is for MALE CATS only. We do not have the time or resources to provide spays at this time. All cats MUST be brought in a carrier for their safety! Cats must be in good health in order to undergo surgery. Registering does not guarantee you an appointment. You will be contacted prior to July 19 to confirm an appointment.
