We are proud to announce the 10th Annual Get In Gear Fest, presented by the Outdoor Business Alliance will be held Saturday, April 26 from 12-5pm at the Adventure Center of Asheville. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Vending space is extremely limited and exhibitor spots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a priority on outdoor gear manufacturers, outfitters and retailers in WNC. We cannot guarantee booth size or participation.

If you plan on offering on-site demos or off-site demos that originate from the festival, you are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming: Outdoor Business Alliance (PO Box 6216, Asheville, NC 28816) and Grey Eagle Entertainment (521 Amboy Rd., Asheville, NC, 28801) as additional insured with Outdoor Business Alliance, PO Box 6216, Asheville, NC 28816 as the certificate holder. All COIs must be submitted to Vendor Coordinators: Dorene O'Malley, dorene@canecreek.com, and Stacey Gellert, staceyg@360adventurecollective.org by April 30, 2024. If no COI is on file, no demos will be allowed.

We have limited space and some site constraints so we are wanting to ensure we can accommodate all vender needs. If you are using a vehicle larger than a standard car, truck, or van we will reach out to discuss. We cannot guarantee access to site by vehicle, please come prepared to load/unload by hand.
