    We are proud to announce the 10th Annual Get In Gear Fest, presented by the Outdoor Business Alliance will be held Saturday, April 26 from 12-5pm at the Adventure Center of Asheville. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Vending space is extremely limited and exhibitor spots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a priority on outdoor gear manufacturers, outfitters and retailers in WNC. We cannot guarantee booth size or participation.

    Must be an active OBA member to complete this section. OBA Outdoor Industry Members (2.0 - 5.0) members receive a complimentary 10x10 space, pending availability, with membership. Spaces will be allocated on a rolling basis.
  • What size booth space are you requesting? Check all that apply. *Vending space is extremely limited. Most spaces will be 10x10 and accommodate tables and tents. Please note if your product display is contingent upon having a vehicle in your booth space. If so, the size you choose below needs to accommodate both your booth space and vehicle. If you need larger than 10x20, note the size required in "other." Any space larger than 10x10 will be taken on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.*

  • Not a current OBA member? Qualified companies can join the Outdoor Business Alliance for a complimentary booth and priority placement at the 2024 Get in Gear Festival! Learn more and join here. 

  • What size booth space are you requesting? *Vending space is extremely limited. Most spaces will be 10x10 and accommodate tables and tents. Please note if your product display is contingent upon having a vehicle in your booth space. If so, choose other and note the total size needed to accommodate your booth space and vehicle*

  • Non-Profit

    Outdoor oriented Non-Profits can apply for a lower priced or shared 10X10 booth space on a first come, first serve basis. Limited space available. Additional needs like electric have associated costs and be paid for by the non-profit vendor.
