Through intentional practices and collaboration with families and specialists, this educator creates a classroom where every child has the opportunity to thrive.


    Innovation in the Classroom Award: This award celebrates an educator who brings creativity, curiosity, and new ideas into their classroom. Whether through hands-on learning experiences, creative curriculum design, or thoughtful problem-solving, this teacher finds innovative ways to engage young learners and inspire a love of discovery.


    Guiding Light Award: This award recognizes an educator who serves as a mentor and source of inspiration for others in the early childhood field. This teacher generously shares their knowledge, supports colleagues, and helps strengthen the early childhood workforce by encouraging and uplifting those around them.


    Rising Star Award: This award celebrates an emerging early childhood educator who is newer to the field but already demonstrating exceptional dedication, passion, and promise. Through their enthusiasm for learning and commitment to young children, this educator is making a meaningful impact in their classroom and community.


    Community Builder Award: This award honors an educator who actively strengthens connections between their classroom, families, and the broader community. Through partnerships with local organizations, family engagement opportunities, and community collaboration, this teacher helps build a strong network of support for young children and families.
