    Please include all events that you would like advertised to Potential New Members (PNM) throughout Recruitment. If your dates, times and locations are tentative, you may resubmit this form or email updates to recruitment@phisigmapi.org so that your event information can be updated.

    According to the National Constitution, your events should include two Information Sessions/Invitational Meetings and two Recruitment events. These can also be combined as "Info Session & Game Night."

    Your Recruitment events should have marketing names such as "Game Night" instead of being listed as "Fellowship Event."

    Please share your plan for emailing Potential New Members and indicate when you expect to have your email list. Email lists should be made available to National Office staff at least one week prior to your first Invitational Meeting. You may upload your email list now or resubmit this form when it is received. 

    The Chapter Services Team can assist your Chapter by sending text messages to students who opt-in leading up to and the day of your Recruitment events to help remind PNMs to join. Please let us know if you would like the text messages provided by the National Office. 

    Note: it is important that the Chapter facilitate individual outreach to our PNMs as they RSVP to events and throughout the Recruitment process even if opting in to text messages through the National Office.
