Voting is confidential, and individual choices will not be disclosed. 4. Members must adhere to the Friday, March 21 deadline for submitting their votes. 5. Votes cannot be changed or amended once submitted. 6. Members are encouraged to consider the criteria for each award category before casting their votes. 7. Members should vote based on merit and fair judgment, avoiding biases or external pressures.
