- Only breweries/brewpubs ~70 miles outside Minneapolis (including breweries from St. Cloud, Mankato, Hinkley, Owatonna, and beyond) can ship to the judging site.

- This form must be completed by Saturday, March 1, to ensure the receiving party can plan for your shipment's arrival.

Shipping Information

All packages must be labeled as written below:

Packages MUST arrive at the shipping site between Monday, March 3, at 9 a.m. and Thursday, March 6, BY Noon. This is slightly different than the drop-off timing. Please plan accordingly.

Late arrivals WILL NOT be accepted or judged for the competition.

Shipping Notice for Competition Entries

Breweries are solely responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and shipping their entries to the judging site. You MUST follow the vessel labeling instructions listed on the Competition Website for each of your entries. The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild and Pryes Brewing Company are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent breakage and arrive intact.
