1. Complete ONE form for ALL campers and ALL camp sessions. Horray! Only one form!
2. Each session is $365 per camper. This covers all the awesome STEAM activity supplies and our super awesome counselors that make camp a 4:1 ratio!
3. You will receive an invoice within one week of registration for a nonrefundable deposit, which will be 50% of your total balance.
4. An invoice for the remaining amount will be sent to the email you provide. All sessions must be paid in full by May, 15th 2025.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once you submit this form. At this point, if you have any special instructions, amendments, or additional information that would help your camper have the most successful week, please send an email to admin@westlawnschool.org with the subject line "CKR 2025 [Your Camper's Name] Additional Information".
6. One week before your camper's session, you will receive via the email you provide in this registratin: activity details, drop off an pick up directions, and other pertinent camp information.
** Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of your child's camp session will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining session balance.
