2025/2026 Student Application

CUSTODIAL INFORMATION:

If a non-custodial parent is not included amongst the persons authorized by the custodial parent to pick up the child, then please explain below and attach a copy of appropriate documentation.

MEDICAL PERMISSION:

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Little Clover Learning Center to seek emergency medical care for my child as deems necessary by the Director.

Little Clover Learning Center Financial Policy

1.     Tuition Rates:

• Drop off begins at 8:45am | Morning session runs from 9:00am-12:00pm.  Full day runs from 9:00am-1:00pm
  • 2-day schedule (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
    • Morning Session $3,980 per year
    • Full Day    $4,720 per year
  • 3-day schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
    • Morning Session $5,830 per year
    • Full Day    $6,750 per year
  • 5-day schedule (Monday-Friday)
    • Morning Session $8,430 per year           
    • Full Day    $10,030 per year
  • Extended Care available from 12:00pm -1:00pm                                           $80 for 5 sessions
• There is a 5% discount for families that have more than one child enrolled, the 5% will come off the youngest child’s tuition only.

2.     Payment Schedule:

• Tuition is based on an annual fee, but may be paid in 10 installments OR paid in full
•  The first tuition payment is due at the time of application and registration
•  The second installment is due on or before September 1st, 2025
•  The following 8 payments are due on or before the 1st of each month of the school year
• Tuition is not a monthly payment, it is an annual fee that is broken up into 10 installments

3.     Late Payments:

• Payments made after the 10th of the month are considered late
• A $10 late fee will be charged for any payment made after the 10th of the month
• Payments made after the 20th of the month will be charged a $20 late fee
• Persistent late payments may result potential enrollment termination

4.     Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made online with a 3% service charge
• Checks can be made to Little Clover Learning Center
• Checks can be delivered to Jeanie McCann at 112 Middletown Road, Holmdel NJ 07733 M-F 9:00a-12:00p
• Checks can be mailed to Natalie Gray 20 Browns Lane, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716

5.     Registration Fees:

• There is an annual registration fee due at the time of registration
• New Student Fee $150
• Alumni/Family Member fee $125
• Returning Student fee $100

6.     Refund Policy:

• Fees are non-refundable for any reason (Special Circumstances apply and can be discussed on a need basis)
• 30 day written notice is required to terminate enrollment, registration and tuition will not be refunded if your child is withdrawn, except in the case of full payment, if you withdrawal mid-month, you are responsible for the full payment
• There are no refunds for holidays, sicks days, missed classes, or snow days

• There are no make-up days, tuition is not based on attendance

8.     Changes to Policy:

• Little Clover Learning Center reserve the right to update the tuition payment policy
• Little Clover Learning Center reserves the right to cancel any class due to lack of enrollment
• Little Clover Learning Center will have additional days where school is closed due to class trips, these dates are not decided until 2-4 weeks prior to the event
• Little Clover Learning Center reserves the right to cancel Lunch Bunch due to low attendence 

9.     Confidentiality:

• Financial information is private and confidential and will not be shared
