We are excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming Multicultural Night! This special event celebrates the diverse cultures and traditions within our school community. Whether through food, music, dance, clothing, crafts, or other traditions, we welcome your involvement to help us create a fun and enriching evening for all!

Please Note: If multiple families wish to represent the same country, the Multicultural Night coordinator will connect everyone to help organize a cohesive presentation.

Participation Guideline

Please read carefully to make sure we have a fun and safe experience.
1. Table Setup
  Each booth has one table. Arrive early (about 30 minutes) to complete your setup before the event start.
2. Table Decoration
  Decorate your booth to reflect your culture. You may bring tablecloths, posters, flags, or other cultural decorations.
  Include interesting information, artifacts, and small, interactive items.
  Keep all materials family-friendly and suitable for young children.
3. Display Content
  Include information about your country or culture, such as a map, flag, traditional attire, or language samples.
  Consider including hands-on activities or small items that children can touch (e.g., craft materials, instruments, clothing samples).
4. Food Samples
  If offering food, list all ingredients for allergy awareness and serve small sample-sized portions. The preference is to bring pre-packaged food.
5. Safety & Cleanliness
  No open flames or sharp objects. Keep hand sanitizer available and clean up your booth area at the end.
  Clean up your booth area at the end of the night, including disposing of any trash or leftover items.
6. Respect & Cultural Sensitivity
  Represent your culture authentically. Be respectful of neighboring booths and keep noise levels moderate.
