    Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • 1. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.

    2. Set an Intention before you attend our session. It helps you to your journey and when you intend, it happens.

    3. Wear a comfortable light colored clothes.

    4. Bring water tumbler to be used before and after our session to keep you hydrated, flushes out toxins, replenish your body and ground your energies.This will support the healing energies to continue.

    5. Bring a cushion or small pillow to feel you more comfortable throughout our session.

    6. Bring notebook or journal and pen to write down what you learn, your vision, and messages you receive after our session.                                                 

    7. No caffeine intake and heavy meal one day before and within the day of our session.

    8. Set aside everything you think you know and come with an open mind and an open heart. Allow yourself to be fully present so you can receive the guidance and experience the session without expectations.

    9. Trust whatever unfolds. The guidance you receive will be what is most supportive for you at this time.

    10. Kindly silence your mobile phone.

    11. Inform the instructor of any health concerns or limitations.

    6. Silent your phone during our session.
    7. You have to be in your bed lying down and be comfortable with open palm and legs open widely.
    8. Put on your eye mask.
    9. Listen only to the sound of my voice and words.
    10. No analyzation just let it in the flow of energy and be present.
