The Breakfast with Ballerinas event is our Academy's Winter Holiday Special, designed to give our dancers a chance to connect and celebrate together. During this festive occasion, dancers will enjoy a light breakfast, engage in movement activities, and meet a special guest!

We want to ensure we close out 2024 with a bang! None of this would be possible without the support of you and your families, and I’m so grateful for your dedication to The McLaurin Academy of Contemporary Arts LLC.

This event is also open to the community and guests for a $10 fee. All guests must complete online registration using the QR code on the attached flyer. The event will last three hours, but attendance for the full duration is optional.

To add to the fun, dancers and guests are welcome to wear their pajamas for this special dance celebration!

9:45-9:55 AM: Bathroom Break
9:55-10:30 AM: “Story Time” and Q&A
10:30-10:45 AM: Holiday Games led by Academy Teachers
10:45-10:55 AM: Snippet of Ballet History
10:55-11:15 AM: Performances by Eva, Chris, and Kassidy
11:15-11:40 AM: Group Class (stretching, across the floor, and a snippet of ballet choreography)
11:40-11:50 AM: Thank You’s, Distribution of Gifts, and Pictures

By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by The McLaurin Academy. I/we agree to release and hold harmless The McLaurin Academy, including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by both entities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold The McLaurin Academy liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by The McLaurin Academy. I understand that The McLaurin Academy is a licensed and insured business. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Owner, Director, Instructor or Staff member as soon as possible.

VIDEO/ PHOTO RELEASE FORMDancers and affiliated students of The McLaurin Academy of Contemporary Arts may have the opportunity to be photographed or video taped at various dance events. With permission from parents these photos or videos may be included for The McLaurin Academy of Contemporary Arts publications or advertisements, including on our website and various social media sites. To ensure privacy, specific names of children will not be included. No financial compensation shall be given for use of any photographs or video. I acknowledge that The McLaurin Academy of Contemporary Arts may choose not to use my photo or video at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. The McLaurin Academy of Contemporary Arts reserves the right to discontinue use of photos or video without notice. I have read this release and I understand its contents.
