The Customer Booking Portal is only designed for account customers who are familiar with their current rates and who wish to make a freight booking that is ready to travel. Importantly, if you need a price before a booking proceeds then you must submit a quote request via our online form - once requested, you will be provided a price & can confirm you wish to proceed. If a quote is requested, for a certain booking, you do not need to submit it on the Customer Portal as well.
In addition if you wish to add Extended FreightSafe Warranty coverage up to $100k, then it is easiest to do that via a quote also.
