We are in the second half of our lease term so we are liable for a 4 week break lease fee plus two thirds of a week's advertising to be contributed to reletting costs. We understand we will be invoiced for the full break lease fee plus 2/3 weeks advertising and upon payment of this invoice the property will be advertised. Any period in this 4 week period where a new tenant is in situ the compensation for that period will be returned.We are in the first half of our lease term so we are liable for a 6 week break lease fee plus one week's advertising to be contributed to reletting costs. We understand we will be invoiced for the full break lease fee plus 1 week advertising and upon payment of this invoice the property will be advertised. Any period in this 6 week period where a new tenant is in situ the compensation for that period will be returned.
