By registering and accepting this waiver, the undersigned fully understands the inherent risks that he/she takes when engaging in motorcycle riding inside the speedway, including but not limited to a greater vulnerability to accidents due to loss of control, malfunction, lack of skill, road conditions, and other similar instances.

 

Motorcycle track riding is a sport with an inherent risk of injury and/or death and the undersigned acknowledges these hazards. Nonetheless, and bearing in mind this understanding of the inherent risks, he/she accepts these risks and the dangers that are associated with it and likewise claims full responsibility and liability for him/herself while attending the event, Overdrvn Speed Run 2024.  

In view thereof, in case of injury and/or death to him/herself and/or damage to or injury to the person or property of a third party, the undersigned agrees not to sue or bring any action or legal proceeding against the event organizer, the speedway, its owners, officers and employees and/or its agents or sponsors, as a result of, directly or indirectly, any injury, damage or loss of life or personal property or equipment incurred while undergoing training or by his/her mere presence in the school and its immediate premises, having acknowledged no such fault on the part of the schools, the speedway, its owners, officers and employees and/or its agents or sponsors.

In the event that any damage or injury is caused to any person within the duration of the whole track day and within the speedway's premises due to the undersigned's fault or negligence, and/or any legal action or proceeding is brought against the event organizer, or the speedway, or any of its owners, officers and employees and/or its agents, including the sponsors, because of the undersigned's fault or negligence thereby causing any injury, damage or loss of life or personal property or equipment owned by any third party while attending the event or by his/her mere presence in the speedway and its immediate premises, the undersigned agrees to shoulder any and all damage(s), including all costs of proceedings by reason thereof.
