• Internship USA/ Career Training USA Fees Disclosure

    The form outlines the costs involved in applying for Internship USA or Career Training USA.

  • The fees for the programme depend on the total time you plan on being in the USA - not just the time at your US host Company. 

    Included in your fees are your US Government SEVIS Fee (currently $225 US Dollars) and medical insurance for the duration of your time in the USA as per the dates provided by you in your online application.

    The US Embassy MRV Fee/visa interview fee (currently $185 US Dollars) is NOT included in these fees. This will be payable by you directly to the US Embasy at the time of booking your face to face interview.

    You will need to enter your full name and sign this form in order to save.
    A copy will then be availble for you to download, and a version will also be sent to you via email.

    You will then need to upload this Fees Disclosure Form as a PDF file into the DOCUMENTS section of your CIEE BEACON application.

    Visa Fee is payable to the US Embassy direct by participant at the time they book their interview. This can only be done once approval has been granted for the programme and SEVIS ID has been issued/ DS-2019 has been released via online BEACON account

  • I verify that I was provided with a copy of the CIEE Internship USA & Career Training USA application, which includes the full terms and conditions for the program. I confirm that I have reviewed the complete pricing information in this document and fully understood the costs of the program. I understand that stipends might not cover the entirety of program and living expenses and that I should have access to additional personal funds. Except as specifically modified herein, the terms of the CIEE Internship USA & Career Training USA application I previously signed remain in full force and effect.
