  • By default, ACME does not download the app, connect the lock to the WIFI or setup users in the lock. This is because it requires passcode and access that most customers are uncomfortable with. However, we can do the initial setup if you desire. To successfully setup the smart lock a dedicated 2.4Ghz band is required.*

    We're a small business and every hour counts.  We kindly ask for your consideration in regards to scheduling and canceling appointments.

    For a full refund email us at refunds@acmelocksmith.com, at least 48 business hours in advance to reschedule/cancel.

    Please do not call or come into a store. It's important that we get your refund request to the team member that is aware of the order and can process the refund for you.

    In the event we do not recieve a cancellation request 48 business hours in advance, $99 of the prepayment is non-refundable to cover restocking fees, and will not be waived or applied to the cost of future services. 

  • Total cost includes: a licensed locksmith onsite, parts, installation, rekeying, cleanup, taxes, 1-year workmanship warranty and initial lock setup as applicable.*
