2025 Sun Fire Stables Youth Day Camp Registration

One form required per camper. Camp dates cannot be reserved until a deposit of $75.00 is received for EACH camp that enrollment is requested for. This form is being used to streamline camp registration and to make registration more convenient for all Level Up campers. The 2025 Youth Day Camp Agreement paperwork must be printed out, completed and placed in Jen K's locker (parlor) no later than December 10th to secure your camp spot. If the paperwork is not received by December 10th, your camp spot will be made available to the next person on the list. If you are submitting this form after December 10th, you have 10 days to turn in your 2025 Youth Day Camp Agreement.
