    One form required per camper. Camp dates cannot be reserved until a deposit of $75.00 is received for EACH camp that enrollment is requested for.

    How camps are reserved: Our camp dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis with Level Up members having exclusive reservations from Nov 26-Nov 27 2025 You must use the link provided in your email (Level Up members, Nov 26-27) or on our website/Facebook page (available midnight on November 28th )to sign-up. Besides using the JotForm link to sign-up, you must also make a deposit of $75.00 for each camp you wish to enroll in. We recommend making this payment via PayPal of Venmo. If payment needs to be made via cash or check, we suggest doing this in advance of camp sign-up, so this does not delay your camp assignment. Payments may be made through PayPal at horseaholic73@hotmail.com, via Venmo at @Jennifer-Gaudes-Raemisch.


    How camps are secured: After you have submitted your JotForm link to sign-up and made your $75.00 deposit for each camp you will have until December 10th to turn in your completed 2026 Youth Day Camp Agreement. This form will be available on our website and as a link on our Facebook page. Please print out your completed form and you may leave it in Jen K's locker in the Parlor, drop in YDC drop box outside Parlor, or mail it in. The agreement is required to secure your camp dates. If the agreement is not received by December 10th, your camp date is not secured and the date is available to the next person on the waitlist. Camps are being assigned based on the time stamps on the Jotform link submissions. All campers who sign up for camp must submit the Jotform link to be assigned a camp. For campers who sign-up for camp after December 10th, the 2026 Youth Day Camp Agreement must be turned in within 10 days of submitting the Jotform link form to secure your camp dates.
    When filling out the Jotform link form, be sure to include all four session choices. Sessions are assigned on first come, first served basis and if your first (or even second, or third) choice has already filled we need those options to assign your camp. If you don't list alternative options, you will receive an email that none of your camps are available and asking for alternatives, but those alternatives could fill while we wait for a response from you. We won't hold up assigning camps while we wait to hear back from you.
