    Thank you for choosing us to help sell your items! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please fill out the form to secure your drop-off timeslot. During your appointment, we’ll review your items and determine if they’re a good fit for our auction. This helps us maintain quality and maximize earnings for all sellers.
  • Seller Terms

    Seller Premium: Up to 25% seller premium will be deducted from the final hammer price of sold items. Item Acceptance Policy: Not all items will be accepted for auction. Items must have demonstrable value and align with our platform’s standards. The decision to accept or reject items is at the sole discretion of Brown and Sons Auctions. Pricing Authority: The auction house reserves the right to set starting prices and reserves that we believe reflect the items’ fair market value. Drop-Off Appointments: Sellers must schedule an appointment to drop off potential items for consideration. Appointments will include an evaluation of items to determine eligibility for auction. Unsold Items: Unsold items must be picked up within your assigned appointment time after the auction closes or will be donated/disposed of at the seller’s expense.
