- I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2025 Cedar Park Market Days at my own risk and hereby release Cedar Park Market Days, Jennifer Childress, Penny V Productions, or Washington Prime Group from any liability arising from this event or the use of WPG premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of WPG premises during an event. Such indemnity adhere to the Rules and Regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined online.
- In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking. I agree to not parking in the main tent area, in front of Office Depot, PetsMart or Collectors Crossroads. Should I choose to park in these spaces, my car may be towed at my expense. Cedar Park Market Days and/or its staff are not responsible as I have been advised per this agreement.
- I understand there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation and/or inclement weather. Once my participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable. In the event we cancel due to inclement weather, we will make every attempt to offer a make up date, but this is not guaranteed.
