This 1-day course is designed for physicians who have a basic understanding of injecting under ultrasound guidance and want to advance their knowledge of orthobiologics and injection techniques for the hip and knee – and want to progress their knowledge and skills utilizing ultrasound for orthobiologic injections.

HERE IS WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

Diagnostic ultrasound pearls and hands-on image guided hip and knee injection skills course will provide a comprehensive review of anatomy, pathology, and pathophysiology of joint injury and degeneration. Course will start with a hands-on, live model diagnostic ultrasound scanning and move into interventional techniques practiced under the direct supervision of the instructors. Please note this is a cadaverless course. Injection techniques will be taught using the Intellegient Ultrasound Needle Trainer and live models. The result is that you will be well on your way to becoming an expert in regenerative medicine by becoming proﬁcient with these skills.

You will also receive procedure-specific instructional videos that you can pull up at any time to review the procedure before treating a patient. IOF members will have access to the course videos for the life of their membership. Non IOF members will have access for 30 days after the course.
