Kid's Weekly Cash Payment Form

To ensure the integrity of our studio and minimize class disruptions, we require a valid credit card to be provided at the time of booking for Cash Payments. This information will be used solely as a guarantee in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, as outlined in our cancellation policy. Your card will not be charged unless a no-show occurs or the cancellation terms are not met. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please feel free to contact us.
Pricing:

Class Cost: $600. Cash payments are subject to a 10% discount. The price listed below is the cost of the class if paying by CC. Cash Price : $540 | CC Price : $617.77. You will be charged the CC price, if you do not show up for class with payment.
Cancellation Policy:

You can receive a refund for a 6-week class session per the timeline below: 30 days before the start of class = 100% refund 14 days before the start of class = 50% refund less 14 days before the start of class = credit for a different 6-week session 24 hours before the first day of class = no refund
