What are your expectations on me as your Trainer?

1.) CANCELLATION & TERMINATION (ONLINE COACHING)
All online coaching services operate on a recurring monthly basis.
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice from their payment date if they wish to cancel or terminate their coaching service.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in the next scheduled payment being taken, and coaching will continue for that final 30-day period. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

2.) COACHING DELIVERY & RESPONSE TIMES
Online coaching does not include in-person sessions. Support is provided via agreed communication channels (e.g. app, email, WhatsApp).

Check-ins, program updates, and responses will be delivered within the agreed coaching framework. Response times may vary but will remain within reasonable working hours unless otherwise stated.

3.) ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & MEDICAL DECLARATION
The client confirms that all information provided during onboarding and throughout the coaching process is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

The client confirms they have sought and followed any necessary medical advice prior to starting the program and understand they are responsible for informing the coach of any changes to their health status.

All personal information will be treated as strictly confidential.
