    Spring Spay and Neuter-palooza!

    From April 28 to May 2, the HolliBell Foundation is organizing a special week-long transport event to Lanark Leeds and Grenville Spay Neuter Clinic in Brockville for spay and neuter surgeries. Over five days, we will transport up to 40 cats each day. By the end of the week, 200 cats will have access to these essential services!  Modern Therapeutic is also providing FREE flea and deworming treatment to protect your cat during transport. If you would like your cat(s) to be part of this event, please complete the following form. Spots are limited, sign up must be completed prior to April 10th! Please fill out ONE FORM per cat.

  • IS YOUR CAT 5yrs or older?

    Please note if your cat is 5yrs or older there is an additional charge of $56.50 for fluids

  • Drop-off Location

    Priority will be given to residents in each Ward. We will do our best to give you your first choice of drop-off location. However, we ask that you select three possible drop-off locations from the options available. NOTE: If you don't provide a second option, we won't be able to offer you another spot. Keep in mind that if your first choice is full, you might miss out.

    April 28th - WARD 6 Central meet location CARDELREC Recreation Complex (1500 Shea Rd, Stittsville) ***THIS DAY IS FULL***

    April 29th - WARD 9 Central meet location Howard Darwin Centennial Arena (1765 Merivale Rd, Nepean) ***THIS DAY IS FULL***

    April 30th - WARD 7 Central meet location Michele Heights Community Center (2955 Michele Dr)***THIS DAY IS FULL***

    May 1st - WARD 21 Central meet location Alfred Taylor Recreation Center (2300 Community Way, North Gower) ***THIS DAY IS FULL***

    May 2nd - WARD 13 Central meet location Overbrook Community Centre (38 Quill St,) ***THIS DAY IS FULL***

    OWNERS must be able to bring their cat (s) to the meet location they have registered for around 6:45am the morning of transport and be able to pickup their cats roughly between 5-6pm. *please note a friend or family member can also bring the owners cat (s)

    PLEASE ALSO NOTE - more detailed instructions will come for parking at each location once our lists are completed.

  • Payment for surgeries

    Payment will be required to the Lanark Leeds Grenville Spay and Neuter clinic NO LATER THAN APRIL 18th in FULL. You will receive an email from them with your estimate *please check your junk folder. If payment is NOT received in FULL by end of April 18th, we will move on down our waitlist. *PLEASE NOTE a basic cone will be provided to all cats. If you wish to upgrade to a onesie that will be the cost of the owner.
  • ********TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS********

    • Cats must be in a secure, hard shell carrier. No exceptions. Please take the time to find a HARD shell carrier (small size) that is safe.
    • Zip ties will be added to secure the doors of the carrier for transport.
    • Cats must be in separate carriers.
    • Each carrier must be labelled with:
      • Your name and phone number
      • Your cat’s name and color
    • Your cat will travel with other cats. If your cat exhibits any signs of illness, please do not bring. You may be turned away if your cat appears unhealthy.
    • All carriers will be covered with a sheet for transport.
  • Transportation Fee to be sent to HOLLIBELL FOUNDATION

    A non-refundable transport fee of $15 per cat must be e-transferred to hollibellfoundation@gmail.com. Please include your full name and your pet's name in the transfer notes, as well as the date of transport you are committed to. Alternatively, cash payments can be brought on the morning of transport day. **DO NOT SEND until your spot is confirmed.
  • Waiver and Release Liability Form

    I have read and understood the travel requirements. My cat must be healthy and safely prepared for the ride and may be turned away if conditions are not met. Any questions or issues about the surgery or aftercare should be handled directly with the clinic. The HolliBell Foundation and its volunteers are not responsible for any medical problems or issues that occur during or after the transport. Owners accept the risk of transport and accept that The HolliBell Foundation is only assisting in providing affordable and accessible options to spay and neuter.
