"Opt Out" Information Each family is REQUIRED to participate in our team fundraising activity and annual track meet. Options are available to "opt out". See "Payment" section below.

USATF Membership New athletes to the Texas Storm Track Club are required to purchase a USATF membership. Please visit www.usatf.org and select "Membership" from the drop down menu. Texas Storm Youth Track Club Affiliation Number: 25-3003. Please see a coach or board member if assistance is needed.

Release of Liability Although the safety of all sport activities is the primary concern, track and field activities may cause injuries and/or death. I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against Texas Storm Youth Track Club and the persons in charge.

Important Notes · Dress appropriately. · Running shoes are required. · No basketball shoes. · Fees for each athlete are listed below. Money will be used for rental of the practice facility, uniforms, implements, and for the end of year season party. The coaches reserve the right to form the relay teams to ensure the talents of all teams are balanced. Please remember all Texas Storm Youth Track Club coaches are volunteers.

** Families with three or more children: Once you have paid the fees for the two youngest children, the remaining fee per child will be $175. For example: a family with a 2nd grader, a 5th grader and a 7th grader would pay $250 + $250 + $175.
