Early Bird Pricing:$6,250 if you apply and make a deposit before February 1, 2025. Sliding Scale Options: Fair Access: $6,750 - $7,500 (Maximum 2 spots available) Supported Access: $6,000 – $6,750 (Maximum 2 spots available) If you need financial assistance, please indicate your preferred sliding scale option and the amount you can contribute within the range. Payment Details Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is required upon acceptance to secure your place. Deposits are refundable until 60 days prior to the immersion start date, minus a $150 administration fee. After the 60-day mark, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the immersion. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, and offer payment plans to accommodate your needs. Payment Plans We are happy to offer payment plans to make this experience more accessible. Cancellation Policy Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before Start Date: Deposits are refundable, less a $150 administration fee. Additional payments are refundable, less a $150 administration fee. If we fill your spot, we may refund payments beyond the deposit, minus a $150 fee. Note: All refunds are subject to a $150 administration fee.
