Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for The 2025 Homestead Festival!
This event is being held on June 6 & 7, 2025. The festival is a 2 day event, focusing on teaching and inspiring beginner homesteaders. With speakers, demonstrations, food trucks, vendors, live music during the day, and each day ending with a concert, it is sure to attract lots of types of attendees. The Homestead Festival will be held on Rory Feek's, of country music duo's Joey + Rory, 100+ acre farm outside Columbia, TN. In 2024, we hosted over 5,000+ attendees!
We are looking a variety of vendors, including but not limited to: crafts, farm supplies, organic cleaning, local goods, farm oriented clothing, and MUCH more. We will also have a demonstration area, where you can sell and demonstrate you making your craft - such as leather working, blacksmiths, quilting, sawmills, etc.
We are not accepting network marketing or 'MLM' products.
RATES:
The rate for field vendors is dependent on your spot size. Typical spots are 10x10 and $250. If you are interested in being placed in the demonstration area, please choose that in the application below. You will have access to more than a 10x10 area, depending on what you are selling and demoing. Please review the spot sizes and fees.
10x10 - $250
10x20 - $300
20x20 - $400
Demo Area - $250
Kids Area - $200
We will work hard to accommodate everyone's chosen location, but please know that it might not always be possible. Choosing a demo area spot on the application does NOT guarantee this area. Booth placement is decided upon by vendor coordinators and is non-negotiable. Once chosen, full payment is required to confirm. If not paid, your spot will be forfeited. Payment will be handled via email form.
Each vendor will be allowed 3 employees total. Additional vendor employee tickets can be purchased for $50 each and added to your booth fee.
SCHEDULE:
-Thursday, June 5th : Set up day! Arrive and set up anytime 8am-4pm. Check in at registration booth when you arrive. NO CARS will be able to enter the festival grounds after Thursday.
-Friday, June 6th : Festival Day 1. Must be set up and ready to sell by 7am. Gates open for attendees at 7am. Required sales times: 7am-4pm
-Saturday, June 7th : Festival Day 2. Must be set up and ready to sell by 7am. Gates open for attendees at 7am. Required sales times: 7am-4pm
-Breakdown : You may start to break down at 5pm on Saturday, and cars can enter around 6pm. OR you can come on Sunday anytime 7am-4pm to breakdown.

ADDITIONAL INFO :
As a vendor at The Homestead Festival you acknowledge the following:
Vendors must provide their own equipment. i.e tents, canopies, chairs, etc
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to market the event
No water hookups will be available. LIMITED electricity will be available. Please plan ahead. NO generators except in food court.
Vendors to be fully set up by 7am on Friday, and are expected to attend all day Friday and Saturday.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it after the event. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee and non-acceptance for future events.
The vendor fee allows me and my employees to stay and watch both evening's entertainment.
Not every vendor will be chosen to participate. If chosen vendors forfeit their spot or withdraw their application, backup vendors may be contacted to participate. Please keep an eye on your email in case of this event.
