Excursión Noreste Hiking Waiver and Release of Liability I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being allowed to participate in the hiking activities organized by

1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that hiking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, slips, falls, injuries, encounters with wildlife, and other dangers that may arise from the unpredictable nature of outdoor activities. I acknowledge that these risks may result in personal injury or property damage. 2. Physical Fitness and Health: I certify that I am physically fit and in good health to participate in the hiking excursion. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Excursión Noreste of any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely. 3. Rules and Regulations: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by Excursión Noreste and its guides. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my removal from the hiking excursion without a refund. 4. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Excursión Noreste, its officers, employees, guides, and any associated third parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of my participation in the hiking excursion. 5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excursión Noreste from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney's fees, that may result from my actions or participation in the hiking excursion. 6. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Excursión Noreste and its guides to seek medical treatment on my behalf and to inform medical personnel of any pre-existing medical conditions.

7.Photographic Release: I grant Excursión Noreste the right to use photographs or videos taken during the hiking excursion for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its content and significance.

Note: If the participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf, and the

waiver should be reviewed with the minor.

Note: I agree and accept that this document, and any claim, suit, litigation or legal proceeding related to the same shall be subject to and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and that any such proceeding shall be carried out exclusively in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. If any part of this agreement is held void, illegal, or is declared without legal effect by a court of law, the enforceability, legality and applicability of the remaining provisions set forth herein shall not be in any way affected or
