Upon submission of this form our team will review your Expression of Interest and place your child in the correct class! You will then be charged your Term fees and affiliation. Our team are experts, and use the information provided in this form to determine the best class and level for your child to ensure they are placed within their skill level and able to develop their skills and routines!

We have a lot of requests come through, sometimes we have to place athletes on a wait list, or if we don't think you are the best fit for our club, we might not be able to offer you a spot in our competitive programs! Requests are processed in the order they are received.
