Terms & Conditions – Mother of Pearl Creative Company

By placing an order with Mother of Pearl Creative Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
- I create custom hand-painted banners, provide digital design mocks, digital invitations, Facebook event headers and some additional services.
2. Payments
- Payment is required in full before any design work begins.
- I accept Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. - Payment details will be included in an invoice sent within 48 hours of completing the order form.
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed once payment has been made.
3. Turnaround Times & Rush Orders
- Turnaround times vary, but are usually 2-4 weeks
- I do not accept orders with less than 72 hours’ notice.
- A minimum of 10 business days is required for all regular-priced banners.
- Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee, which is listed in my booking form.
4. Shipping, Delivery, & Pickup
- Shipping is available for $15.
- Local delivery and pickup options are also available and detailed in the booking form.
- Once the banner leaves my hands, I am not responsible for damage due to shipping, storing, or handling.
- Creases can be fixed by placing a towel over the banner and gently ironing on low heat.
5. Revisions & Mocks
- You will receive up to 5 complimentary revisions of your digital mock.
- Mocks are only provided after full payment is received.
- Additional revisions beyond the first 5 may incur an extra fee.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage
- All banner designs, digital files, and artwork remain the property of Mother of Pearl Creative Company.
- Designs cannot be copied, resold, or sent to another banner artist for reproduction.
- Every physical banner will include my business information discreetly on the back.
- Mother of Pearl Creative Company reserves the right to share photos of completed banners on my social media and portfolio.
7. Liability
- My banners are for decorative use only.
- I am not responsible for improper installation, weather damage, or misuse.
- Always secure your banner properly to prevent accidents or damage.
8. Agreement
- By paying your invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
